It gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction to write about CPS, Puri. We are passing through a tremendously changing process due to COVID-19 and our traditional education system or class room teaching is transforming into online systems. Our younger generation must be accordingly trained and acquainted, so that, they can adopt these changes effectively and timely for better learning.
In the present pharmaceutical scenario, there is crisis of properly educated and trained pharmacists to take the challenges and responsibility for providing quality medicines, rational drug therapy, research for innovative products, modern dispensing and patient oriented services. To counter this situation the only option left is the proper education & training.
CPS, Puri, under the able guidance and leadership of Mrs. Anima DashIChair person), Dr.(Prof.) Amiyakanta Mishra(Principal) and Mr. Roja Priyadarshi(Secretary) is flying high with the mission of quality education & training to our budding pharmacists.
We, at CPS Puri provide excellent infrastructure, competent faculty, lush green environment for learning and all other facilities required for modern education. The main aim of the College is to provide modern education in the field of pharmacy in technology or practice to the youth of Odisha and its nearby states.
The college provides full support to improve their technical & professional skills, communication skills, critical thinking abilities, moral values and sense of responsibility etc. All efforts are made to improve the creativity and problem solving abilities of the students, cognitive & interpersonal skills so that students become good pharmacists and human being, and can contribute their best to the health care of the society and the country.
